Description

Author: hanberke7

Description:
Turkmen alphabet with alphabetical order is like this:
lowercase a,b,ç,d,e,ä,f,g,h,i,j,ž,k,l,m,n,ň,o,ö,p,r,s,ş,t,u,ü,w,y,ý,z
uppercase A,B,Ç,D,E,Ä,F,G,H,I,J,Ž,K,L,M,N,Ň,O,Ö,P,R,S,Ş,T,U,Ü,W,Y,Ý,Z

But wiki puts the additional "çäžňöşüý" at the end after z.
Same for capital letters "ÇÄŽŇÖŞÜÝ"

Would you please resolve this?

OK. I don't understand whether this issue has alredy been resolved or has been being discussed at bug 164 and not resolved yet. If it was resolved then it is not displyed in both Turkmen wikipedia and wiktionary. Kind Regards...
