Provide script to run tests on commit and upload results to CodeReview

Description

CodeReview extension now provides for upload of test results to integrate into review display, currently implemented in ParserTests. It would be great if there's a ready-to-go script to run through the available extension tests, collect results, and send to CodeReview; we can then run the relevant test cases triggered on SVN checkin.

CR doesn't do anything with tests now...
