hrwikisource, cswikisource, commonswiki have them at 100-101
enwikisource, itwikisource,lawikisource, nowikisource, ptwikisource zhwikisource at 102-103
and svwikisource at 106-107

As more have them at 102-103, this is where I am putting it. The namespace has been added, and a cleanupTitles script run incase there were any pages already using the then non-existent namespace.
