rendering after <div class=plainlinks>bar</div>
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Author: gangleri

Description:
Halló!

 • <pre><div

class=plainlinks>os:Template:Wikivar</div><br />:pl:<br />:pt:<br />:rm:</pre> generates

os:Template:Wikivar]</div><br />:pl:<br />:pt:<br />:rm:

 • "os:Template:Wikivar" looks like an "internal" link but there

are problems with rendering (the text continues in a new line)

Can you provide an isolated test case, that's not packed into a list with <pre> and
other tags that may be directly altering results?

Hi Brion!

Sorry for the delay:

as required

I don't see anything wrong with this.

Can you describe what is wrong?

Issue was confusion over block vs inline display. Recommend using <span> instead of
<div> where you don't want a line break.

Hi!

commons:User:Gangleri/sandbox/Bugzilla:2029 is using now span <span>foo</span>.

Thanks Brion! Regards Reinhardt user:gangleri
