Could you please localize the variable $wgSitename.
In Turkmen it should be "Wikipediýa, erkin ensiklopediýa" instead of "Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia".

The site subtitle portion is already set up; so just the sitename/meta namespace needs to be updated: "Wikipedia" -> "Wikipediýa"

Done. Two pages with the Wikipediýa: prefix existed in the main namespace and could not be moved to the project namespace because similarly named titles existed in the Wikipedia: namespace before the rename. These pages got /BROKEN appended to their name:

[[tk:Wikipediýa:Ýörelgeler/BROKEN]]
