This seems to be a Mozilla bug with how Gecko wraps lines and handles overflow in right-to-
left pages: long URLs are forcing the table to be wide, and the area is expanding to the
right instead of to the left.

Safari 1.3 on Mac OS X 10.3.9 and MSIE 6.0 on Win XP/SP2 both seem to display this page
cleanly, wrapping the long text blocks and sending overflow to the left if the window is
made too small to do that.

(Firefox bug) Horizontal scrollbar missing on right-to-left (RTL/Hebrew/Arabic)

Displays fairly orderly in Firefox 3.0b5 (Windows XP SP2 and Mac OS X 10.5). On FF 2/Win, display is not super great but doesn't overlap. Resolving as fixed upstream.
