Add keyword for closing a particular bug within a commit

Description

This is related to bugzilla *and* CodeReview, so I'm throwing on Brion and Fred as CCs.

It'd be really handy if, in a commit, we could enter "Resolves bug x" or something like that, and automatically close the relevant bug.
