Tagalog Wikipedia has been vandalized many times. The delete log of the project
contains many unnecessary articles such as attack pages, articles with titles
like "Ano po ang kahulugan ng prime meridian?" (What is the meaning sir of
prime meridian), or any nonsense articles. All of them are created by anonymous
users. Can we do something about it? Like restricting the article creation for
unknown IP users like the English Wikipedia? Thanks.

You'll want to discuss the matter with other users at Tagalog Wikipedia. If you decide that you should change the settings, open a bug here pointing to the discussion.

Maybe that is Okay. I do not know that. So I REOPEN this, and other people can have a look at it.
