special:ExpandTemplates does not close tags properly

Description

If you open a bunch of tags in [[sepcial:expandTemplates]], and not close them, expandTemplates does not close them for you.

For example, put "<div><div>" in [[special:expandTemplates]], and watch the page be messed up.
