Description

Hello, we want a "portal" namespace in Tatar Wikipedia. Discussion is here:

There are already pages written with this prefix (Портал:) but this is not added as a namespace, yet.

And in that new "portal" namespace we want to enable subpage support. The discussion is at the same place.

Done. Running namespaceDupes came up with the following (unrelated) duplicate titles:

Үрнәк:Мәкалә_төпчеге
Үрнәк:Тел
Ярдәм:Үзгәртү

These pages got /BROKEN appended to their name, so e.g. Үрнәк:Тел was moved to Үрнәк:Тел/BROKEN . These pages are probably useless redirects that can be deleted.
