We get in a typical bugzilla mail:

1 From: bugzilla-daemon@wikimedia.org
2 Subject: [Bug 7346] rss feed item should contain a guid element
3 To: jidanni@jidanni.org
4 Date: Sat, 28 Nov 2009 00:45:52 +0000

13 Neither did I when it started happening. But apparently the URL is constructed
14 with two ID's so the unique diff can be pulled up. If there is a change made
15 after that, then the link was changing - however, I didn't try it under a newer

Note all the blank lines, #7-11. This may look good when one has a lot of
screen real estate, but on smaller terminals it is a very frustrating
luxury.

Perhaps because people are still wary about enabling it globally but on en.wiki

(and de.wiki as you point out), local consensus is in favour of granting it to

admins.

Bulk assign Bugzilla related issues to pdhanda: current maintainer

Removing keywords, since this bug doesn't document anything that needs to be done by a shell user.

A shell user will need to edit the BZ e-mail templates.
