Done. The following pages caused conflicts (e.g. WP:3RR couldn't be renamed to Wikipedia:3RR because the latter already exists). All of these got /BROKEN appended to their names so they could be renamed (so e.g. WP:3RR was renamed to Wikipedia:3RR/BROKEN). Most of these are probably superfluous redirects that can be deleted.
