In the Arabic Wikipedia we canno view the detailed abuse log entries. I asked User:Meno25, a steward who participate in the Ar WP, he told that he doesn't know and that I should contact the developers.

Why is this? No harm seems to have come from allowing anyone to view it on en.wikipedia.

The discussion was advertised also in the abusefilter discussion page. Three people participated in the discussion: 1) the proposer, 2) user with abuse filter editing right who supported the proposal and said that even he cannot see the details and asked if admins can see the details, 3)the third participant is an admin who answered the question without commenting on the proposal. the discussion is more than 30 days old.
