Add styling to the bug activity pages

Description

Currently they are in what appears to be unstyled tables, On the the longer ones (see attached url) it can sort of be confusing to see what is happening.

Perhaps some simple borders or row shading?.

I think they used to just have a border=1 attribute tacked on. But yes, something more visually appealing would be nice :)
