IFrame covers copyright notice in IE on small resolution

In IE, the iframe covers part of the copyright notice. This seems to be caused by the toolbar being above the iframe, and gets worse when the advanced toolbar (which breaks over two lines at my resolution) is expanded.

Addendum: the attached screenshot was taken with the advanced toolbar expanded; when it's collapsed, the iframe only obscures the first two lines of the copyright warning.
