Perhaps, create one nickserv account and group any of the wm bots into it that need/want it.
Giving half of Fred's old bugs to Jeluf since I trust him to handle them or give them away if he can't.

Logmsgbot != Morebots
Also, even if that was the case FIXED was incorrect, That should have been INVALID.
logmsgbot is still very alive and kicking in #wikimedia-tech.

It runs off the wmf cluster (fenerai iirc) so there isn't really any "real" owner afaik.

Tim registered the nick within the last few hours, so the first part is now done. The second part will be covered by Gerrit changeset 61746, I think.
