Description

Summary display of revision 61731 show "RELEASE-NOTES for r61730 after https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18..." and it does link with bug 18.

If CodeReview truncates a url it should still point to the original place.

Each time i like less its url linking.
