When one searches an expression which doesn't exist in Omegawiki, it's not proposed any more to create a new expression. Only creating a new page is proposed.

Reason for the bug:

"MediaWiki:Searchmenu-new" was redefined locally to have a link allowing to create a new expression. It seems that on some software update, it has to be defined again.

I have solved the bug by changing the default "MediaWiki:Searchmenu-new" value in the i18n.php file. It will then also be translated in more language, thanks to translatewiki.
