Steps to reproduce :
1)Start creating a new page
2)Add headings using tool bar
3)Add a space in front of one heading

The heading is removed from the NTOC link list

Expected Outcome :
Leading and trailing spaces in a heading shall be ignored

This behavior is intentional. Headers with leading spaces are invalid (click Show preview and see what happens). Trailing spaces are OK though.
