Could you be confusing it with http://fundraising.wikimedia.org/? Which points to a default install for what appears to be ubuntu Lighttpd.
Appears that it was used based on Bug 8328 and http://www.slideshare.net/itsco/managing-your-web-site-drupalcivicrm (page 17).
