Reporting against latest version hosted on http://prototype.wikimedia.org/deployment-en/

Steps to reproduce :
1)Start creating a new page
2)Add many heading with different levels
<<Scroll bar shall appear in NTOC>>
3)Move cursor from top to bottom and watch headings selected in NTOC

It was noticed that headings below the visible area were not shown.

Expected Outcome :
Scroll bar in the NTOC shall be moved to show the selected heading in NTOC.
