Description:
The Special:ChangePassword page currently only has a single way to exit the page, namely to fill in the old and new passwords and hit the "Change Password" button. There should be a "Cancel" link for people who either change their minds or who get here accidentally. The "Cancel" link should honor any "returnto:" argument that was passed to the page.
