Please, enable these two extensions to Ka wiki.

If it is possible, it would be best of all if at the beginning all pages in ka wiki would be patrolled.

Patroller doesn't appear to be actively used in any WMF wiki but was written for WMF wikis by Rob C. so it may need a security review.
