image/x-ms-bmp is probably more common than image/bmp It should be included in includes/mime.types to facilitate detection of this filetype when it is using the wrong file extension.

Done in r64509, left it out of MM_WELL_KNOWN_MIME_TYPES because it's already covered by mime.types and mime.info and the syntax of MM_WELL_KNOWN_MIME_TYPES only allow one mime => many extensions.
