Description:
This bug is similar to Bug #2753.
One of the namespaces "portal_talk" in MediaWiki is incorrectly translated into Tamil. The correct translation should be "வலைவாசல்_பேச்சு". I couldn't find the corresponding message to fix it at http://translatewiki.net Hence this bug.

Moving to Wikimedia, this a custom namespace and should be fixed in Wikimedia's configuration.
