Description

Current thumbnail errors (see large PNGs and GIFs) don't link to the filedescription page. The "MediaTransformError" should probably wrapped in a link to the file description page.

MediaTransformError does not have access to the file/image object atm, nor is it passed the filetitle/descriptionlink.

Fixing this, will require changing the constructor of MediaTransformError and TransformParameterError most likely.
