When click the right mouse button when over one of the vector tabs, there is no "Open in new register" or "Open in new window" in the context menu of IE7 or IE8. It works, when open the collapse list and click on one of that links.

This seems to be an artifact of the technique being used of having a <span> in an <a> to be able to get all browsers to place the text vertically properly. Verification of this theory and experimentation with alternatives is needed.
Mark the older duplicate of the newer, because the newer has a better description.
