MediaWiki completely ignores the predefined destination filename when picking a local file

Description:
If you have followed a redlink to a new file, MediaWiki have already filled in the destination filename field, but after you pick a file locally, MediaWiki change it to that picked local file, completely ruining the whole point of following redlinks to file uploads.
