Description:
A special field size of '100%' or 'full' could be specified to allow SF's fields to vary like MW's fields do. For example, the 'Summary:' (of edit) field will grow and shrink according to the browser page width. it would be great if SF's fields did the same.

I'm not sure if this has been fully done, but I'm closing this very old bug anyway because a lot has changed with field display, and whatever the current need is should be more precise.
