Description:
Sometimes I search something in Russian-language wikipedia, and cannot found what I need. My next step is trying to search articles in English, but there's no link to switch language!
Why?
The behavior described above is the very common for non-english users

How should this be implemented? Regular sidebar interwikis on Special:Search?

Yes, that's the obvious choice. Currently, one can simply change the language-subdomain in the URL, since all the search parameters work cross-language (at least between de and en) - but it's still inconvenient, and inaccessible for non tech-savvy users
