Description

This is a release blocker for 1.5; the Latin-1 to UTF-8 converter is mostly written but
needs to be finished up and in working state.

• bzimport raised the priority of this task from to Lowest.Nov 21 2014, 8:34 PM

• bzimport set Reference to bz2423.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

This guy works successfully for command-line upgrades since last week.

Not yet available via the web installer.

Doesn't seem likely to happen at this point; we seem to be
able to live without it...
