2. We need another general mailing list for the volunteers and the teams.. I

don't know if wikimania-planning-l is OK for that and the people there will be
ok with emails in Hebrew between the teams.. so for your decision if to open a
new one or we will work on that one.

Personally, I think it's best to use our existing mailing lists and think it would be okay to have discussion in Hebrew on that list.

OK - Say lets create Wikimania-Core and we will use the exiting list (Wikimania-Planning-l) to other discussion..
