See bad formatting!

I put a <code> but forgot to close it on a comment on https://static-codereview.wikimedia.org/MediaWiki/58150.html

It's reformatted the whole page to look strange

See also r84229#c15149 where a <div> tag was opened but not closed, causing the comment box to show as a reply box, and causing the footer to display within the page content.

On r107669#c29588 is the same problem with an unclosed <div> tag.
