several minor wikis use now pages named "Portal" but the portal namespace seems to be not enabled on these wikis and thus bots remove valid interwiki links to these language versions. The affected wikis include az, be, bs, lb, qu. http://da.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Portal%3AAstronomi&action=historysubmit&diff=4318960&oldid=4283284. Not sure if any other small wiki is affected in the same way. Please enable the namespace 100 for these small wikis.
