We already show an *error* if the filename is not unique.
If this bug means anything, interpreting this to mean that we should show a suggested unique filename.

- automatic renaming will lead to users being confused about where their files went
- popup error + confirmed renaming could be more annoying than simply showing an error
We may revisit this later but closing it for now as a WONTFIX.
