It'd be useful to display caching information on Special:Version, mostly for server admins to see which caches are currently used and for technically oriented users.

Might not be a bad idea to list the version of the caching software in the Installed software bit too where appropriate..
If you're going to do it, listing for all cache types would probably be sensible
Not in core. Look at the history of Special:Version around last August for why.
I added a hook awhile back that lets you add extra entries to the software versions table. Put this stuff in an extension, if you'd like.
