Trying to upload files on Commons returns the message "The uploaded file contains errors". As of typing, the list of recently uploaded files at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:NewFiles shows only about eight uploads in the last three hours.

Can you provide a file giving that error?

The problem was caused by PagedTiffHandler, which has been disabled for now.
