ConfirmAccount.i18n.php and RequestAccount_body.php, Ver 1.46 patched

(bug occurred with ConfirmAccount 1.46 and Mediawiki 1.15.5)

When setting $wgMakeUserPageFromBio to false (meaning "don't set the person's bio as his/her userpage"), the page Special:RequestAccount still announces that "Your biography will be set as the default content for your userpage" (first sentence of box "personal information").
