Description:
The diff link is gone when we upload an attachment as a patch

I believe all that is needed for this is to install the PatchReader perl module
sudo perl -MCPAN -e 'install PatchReader'
And then run the bugzilla's checksetup.pl

Can we try this please.

Fixed. Stupid bugzilla expects a specific version of PatchReader (0.9.4), and CPAN will only easily install the newest version (0.9.4). I made CPAN manually install the older version.
