I think that it would be useful to have a link to the old page title in the deletion summary when using MediaWiki:Delete_and_move_reason. In my time, I've always spent some time looking now which page was actually moved that made the deletion and I'm sure that others would find it useful, too.

I've created a patch, which I'm pretty sure would work like this, but I'd be happy if you could check it out first.
