Right now the banner loader will send the following types of requests:

GET http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:BannerLoaderbanner=WMCZCeny01&userlang=cs&sitename=Wikipedie

For consistent parsing we need sitename or another variable like it to correspond to the non localized project name or even better the db name.

So instead of =Wikipedie we would get =cswiki
