Hello,
Our wiki users reached consequence for use tool of ability of edit own talk pages while has been blocked the comment page is [[w:fa:ویکی‌پدیا:نظرخواهی برای افزودن یک امکان هنگام قطع دسترسی کاربر]]

please enable this feature for Persian wikipedia(and If it's possible please update our SQL database version)

The general upgrade from 4 -> 5 has been going on for a little while now. I'm sure it won't be too much longer before it's completed on all the sites.

(tweak summary, don't need wikilinks in it)
