Description:
I'm using mediawiki 1.16.0 and the lastest vershin of FCKeditor from http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/FCKeditor .
when $wgLanguageCode = "ar"; or any RTL language the [Rich Editor] [Open Rich editor in new window dont show , it's stop work in this point
