Description

The ProofreadPage extension was activated on bug 7588, but the 'Index' namespace was not created then.

The desired names for the 'Index' and 'Index talk' are:

Index "సూచిక"
Index talk "సూచిక చర్చ"

There are a few existing index pages which need to be moved into the new namespace.

PS: Namespacedupes only moves pages starting with 'సూచిక:', not the ones starting with "Index:". You have to move these pages manually.
