I'm not sure if this is the correct place to do this request, but is possible a integration between ConfirmAccount and CentralAuth? Actually if ConfirmAccount is enabled, the option to create a account is "false", because of this centralauth cannot create new accounts. My question/request is if have a possible integration between this two extensions.

Done in r98058. Auto account creation can be enabled even with ConfirmAccount by giving non-logged in users the 'centralauth-autoaccount' right.
