Hint box partially unreadable due to vertical overflow

When installing MediaWiki using Firefox (I didn't check other browsers) I noted that the hint box on the Options page (the one assisting the user to choose the appropriate "User rights profile") is partially unreadable because the top part vertically overflows the top of the page (see attached screenshot).

Can you confirm this again in trunk? Some issues with the help boxes were fixed.

I'm pretty sure this was fixed. Feel free to reopen if you can replicate it again.
