Selected currency doesn't carry over to PayPal

Description

Currently if you load one of our cc donations forms then select paypal as your payment processor .. the selected currency will actually be USD and can not be changed.

The GET request that the 1-step makes to Special:ContributionTracking is passing the currency as "currency" instead of "currency_code". Changing it to "currency_code" should fix the problem.

I fixed this in r76504. Hopefully it didn't break the credit card payments. Needs testing.

Re-opening this. Low priority isn't a reason to mark something as "later." A bit longer explanation can be found at bug 26026 comment 6.
