Description:
Following the "details" link next to a change to a private filter in [[Special:Log/abusefilter]], or otherwise accessing a diff of a change to a private filter, produces the message "Unable to fetch the requested versions". This same message is produced if fetching the diff fails for any other reason, for example because it does not exist.

A more specific message should be provided for the case where displaying the diff fails because the filter is private.
