Steps to reproduce:
Observe that Release rights section got displayed and user can navigate forward (but no information gets displayed.)
If user cancels media upload, it should properly get reflect in the subsequent screens.

Fixed in r77136, although cancelling upload (by removing it while uploading) has odd results if you remove every single upload. Otherwise this now works.
