Screenshot of the issue.

The bug is occurring on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Mary's_Church,_Islington
when you are logged out and have a completely clear cache and no cookies. The page displays the first revision of the article instead of the latest revision. Purging the server cache does not work. It displays the page correctly after it is purged, but if you clear your browser out again and go back to the page you will again be seeing the first revision of the page. I tested it in Internet Explorer 8, Safari 5, and Google Chrome 7.

I'm not able to duplicate the problem. Please try this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=St_Mary%27s_Church,_Islington&action=purge and see if it resolves the issue.

Logged out users are often served older cache versions, and this particular problem might have been caused by the 11-15 outage (http://techblog.wikimedia.org/2010/11/11-15-10-outage/)

Changing all WONTFIX high priority bugs to lowest priority (no mail should be generated since I turned it off for this.)
